Although we strive for your complete satisfaction with your digital product purchases, we understand that you may sometimes need to know our return and exchange policy. This policy provides you with all the information you need to know regarding this matter.
Digital products (cards, codes, electronic vouchers) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the purchase is complete and the code is delivered to the customer.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from customer error, including the entry of incorrect information.
Refund requests are only considered if there is a proven technical defect in the code that prevents its proper use, provided that this defect originates from the issuing company (and is not the result of misuse by the customer or a problem with their operating system).
If the customer chooses a refund to the original bank card used for payment, a refund service fee of up to 3.5% of the refunded order value will be applied. Please note that bank refunds may take 24 hours to 5 business days, depending on the policies of banks and payment gateways. Daleel Store is not responsible for any delays caused by these third parties.
Upon receiving your order, your explicit or implicit acceptance is considered for any damage or loss to the purchased product, as long as it was not caused by the tool used or stolen after its proper delivery.
We reserve the right to change or amend some or all of these terms of this return and replacement policy at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon being published on the website or application. Please review this policy periodically to check for any updates.
