Refund Policy

Although we strive for your complete satisfaction with your digital product purchases, we understand that you may sometimes need to know our return and exchange policy. This policy provides you with all the information you need to know regarding this matter.

  1. Nature of Digital Products and Non-Return Rule: Due to the nature of digital products (cards, codes, electronic vouchers) being intended for single use only and sensitive to case (requiring the code to be entered exactly as shown), all sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange after completing the purchase process and the code becoming visible to the customer in their account on the Website/App or being sent to them via email/text message. No exchange or return is made whatsoever if the reason is a mistake on the customer's part (such as purchasing a card for the wrong platform, or the wrong category, or ordering a card they do not need or is incompatible with their device/account).
  2. Disclaimer of Liability for Customer Errors: Daleel Store or its affiliates assume no responsibility for incorrect purchases you made due to your negligence or entering false/wrong information, which may lead to damages or losses. By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to your full understanding of the nature of digital products and accept Daleel Store's release from liability resulting from your errors.
  3. The Sole Exception - Proven Technical Defect: Return requests will be considered only in case of proven technical defect in the code itself that prevents its proper use, provided that this defect originates from the original card issuer and is not a result of misuse by the customer or issues related to the platform on which the code is attempted to be used.
  4. Bank Refund Fees and Timeframe: When the customer chooses to refund to the original bank card used for payment, administrative fees/payment gateway fees of 2.88% of the refunded order value are deducted generally. Please note that the bank refund process may take a period ranging between 24 hours to 5 business days and is subject to the policies of different banks and payment gateways, and Daleel Store is not responsible for delays caused by these entities.
  5. Responsibility for Use and Expiry: After receiving your order (the code appearing in your account or being sent to you), Daleel Store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the digital product that was purchased. Responsibility for using the code and keeping it strictly confidential transfers entirely to the customer after delivery. Daleel Store is not responsible for codes used or stolen after proper delivery, or for expired codes whose date was clear at the time of purchase.
  6. Policy Modification: Daleel Store reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website or App. Please review this policy periodically to keep up with any updates. Your continued use of the Website or App after changes are posted signifies your full acceptance of these changes.
