Refund Policy

DaleelStore is committed to providing a clear and transparent digital shopping experience, consistent with the nature of the digital products offered on the platform. This Policy aims to clarify all terms related to cancellations, returns, and exchanges, and to specify the circumstances under which return requests may be accepted or denied, in accordance with applicable laws and the platform’s internal protection policies.

By using DaleelStore’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to this Policy, and you accept all the terms contained herein—particularly in light of the fact that most digital products cannot be returned once delivered.


1. Nature of Digital Products

Since all products available on DaleelStore are digital in nature (cards, codes, electronic vouchers), all orders are considered final and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once payment has been completed and the code has been correctly delivered to the customer.

 

2. Customer's Responsibility

The customer bears full responsibility for:

  • The accuracy of the information entered during the purchase process.

  • Selecting the appropriate product.

  • Ensuring the code is compatible with the platform, country, or account being used.

DaleelStore shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect purchases.

  • Misuse of products.

  • Accidental delivery to a third party.

  • Any restrictions imposed by third parties or service providers.

 

3. Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges

In accordance with the E-Commerce Law, digital products are exempt from the right of return after delivery, as they are goods that cannot be restored to their original state once received or used. Accordingly, requests for return or exchange shall be accepted only in one case:
the existence of a proven technical defect that prevents the use of the digital product, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The defect must be technical in nature and render the code completely unusable.

  2. The defect must originate from the original issuer and not result from restrictions related to the user’s account, geographic region, or device.

  3. The report must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase.

  4. The digital product must not have been activated or used in any way.

  5. “DaleelStore” must be allowed to verify the case, including contacting the original issuer or service provider.

The following cases are not considered valid defects under applicable regulations:

  • Misuse of the product or sending the code to a third party.

  • Incompatibility of the code with the user’s account, country, or store (Region Lock).

  • Activation refusal by the service provider for reasons related to their policies.

  • Expiry of the product’s validity as disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Issues related to the user’s external account (bans, restrictions, unmet requirements).

Once a technical defect that prevents the product from being used is verified, the product shall be replaced or its value refunded in accordance with the approved procedures.

 

4. Cancellation in Case of Suspicion

DaleelStore reserves the full right to cancel any order as a precautionary measure if suspicious or irregular activity, or any activity in violation of applicable regulations, is suspected.

In this case:

  • The amount will not be refunded to the wallet balance or the bank card.

  • The order amount will be held for 21 calendar days from the date of cancellation.

  • During this period, any financial claims from the bank, reports from victims, or notifications from payment providers will be reviewed. The expiration of the hold period does not automatically obligate a refund. This procedure is implemented to protect all parties and ensure compliance with anti-fraud regulations.

 

5. Objection to Cancellation Due to Suspicion

If a customer believes that an order was cancelled due to suspicion of error, they have the right to submit a formal objection via email to [email protected], attaching all supporting documents that verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

The request will be reviewed by the relevant team, and the final decision will be made based on the verification results, without any obligation to adhere to a specific timeframe for resolving the request.

 

6. Post-Delivery Responsibilities

After the code has been successfully delivered, DaleelStore bears no responsibility for:

  • Loss of the code.

  • Theft of the code.

  • Reuse of the code.

  • Sharing of the code with third parties.

Additionally, no return requests will be accepted after the code has been used under any circumstances.

7. Right to Amend the Return Policy

DaleelStore reserves the right to modify or update the Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website or application. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the amended policy

8. Support and Communication

For inquiries or to submit a formal objection, customers may contact DaleelStore via the approved support channels or the designated email address. All requests will be handled in accordance with this Policy.

You are advised to review the Return and Exchange Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the store after changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
