Buying and ordering

Please note that in some cases, an order may not be approved for several reasons, for example:

• Using a payment method in someone else's name

In the event that it is confirmed that you have used a credit card or a payment method that you do not own to purchase the digital card, Daleel Store has the right to cancel the order without any obligations. The customer must register the correct name in full and identical to the bank card used, to avoid rejection of your requests in the future and to enter the mobile number and e-mail correctly

• Fraud cases

If the order turns out to be fraudulent. Daleel Store will refund what you paid for orders that were not accepted or canceled, with a deduction of payment services fees. Without the need to explain the reason for the cancellation

• Membership documentation

Before we accept an order, we may ask you to provide additional information, including but not limited to, a phone number, address, or official identification documents to confirm your future orders.

• Canceling order

Daleel Store has the right to cancel the order according to what it sees as internal reasons without explaining or justifying the cancellation to the customer.

• Promo/offers

DaleelStore is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to create promotional codes, redeem them, and add them to the account or other benefits related to the services and/or services of external service providers (partners).

 

Orders/Purchases:

• Edit order

The order information cannot be modified, including the recipient's name, mobile number, gift message text, email, product, or any other information in the order

• Canceling order

The order cannot be canceled after it has been finally confirmed, even if it is scheduled for dispatch at a future date.

• Request replacement/refund

Because of the sensitive nature of the product, it is not possible to return or replace any of the digital card products after purchasing it in any case, unless it is proven that there is a problem with the product or the card, within a period ranging between 2-5 working days, and the compensation will be made with another similar code To the required value if the problem is proven. Note: If it is found that the code sent has already been used after the date and time of purchase from DaleelStore, DaleelStore does not bear any responsibility to compensate the customer.

Rules for buying via PayPal:

• When registering, the customer's name and email registered at DaleelStore must match exactly with their name and email registered at PayPal. Otherwise, any differences may expose the order/request to cancellation and a refund.
• You can complete your payment using PayPal, three times a day at a maximum, and you can use PayPal again within 24 hours.
• Sometimes, some requests may need to be reviewed, this process may take 5 to 60 minutes.
• DaleelStore has the right to demand some data related to you, these may include your identity card, passport, credit card, or bank statement in order to confirm the validity and security of the purchase process. The failure to implement the condition may subject the request to cancellation and refund.
• DaleelStore reserves the right to take appropriate action to approve or cancel any request without referring you for any reason.
• E-Vouchers and Cards reviewed from your account, or was delivered via email or a message on a mobile phone, are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances, unless it has a manufacturing defect from the original resource.
• DaleelStore is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. DaleelStore is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
• DaleelStore has the full authority to send any data related to the account holder if the management Department of DaleelStore was informed by PayPal without the need to refer to the account holder or take any approval.
• Dear customer, please pay attention to these terms related to payment via PayPal in DaleelStore, because once you've agreed to them, you are subjected to the terms and conditions of DaleelStore.
• Using any proxy VPN during the purchase process is Not allowed, and this may lead to disruption/malfunction of the purchase process.
