Welcome to “DaleelStore”. This Policy governs the terms and conditions for using the website, mobile application, and all related digital services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you expressly agree to fully comply with all provisions of this Policy without exception.

The purpose of this Usage Policy is to regulate the relationship between “DaleelStore” and its users, define the rights and obligations of each party, and ensure a safe and orderly environment for all parties. If you do not agree with any provision of this Policy, you must refrain from using the platform or any of its services.

1. User Account

1. Eligibility to Use the Account: By using the services of “DaleelStore”, you hereby represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to contract, that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that your use of the account is for lawful purposes and in full compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Registration and Login: Access to certain features of the website may require creating a user account. A user account is created and accessed using the customer’s mobile number, with identity verification conducted via a verification code sent to that registered number. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration and login process, including ensuring that your mobile number is correct and able to receive messages (verification code).

3. Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of the mobile number registered to your account and the confidentiality of any verification codes sent to it. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to your mobile number or the device receiving verification codes. You must immediately notify DaleelStore of any unauthorized use of your account or registered mobile number, or any other security breach.

4. Personal Use: Your user account is intended for personal use only and is non-transferable. It must not be shared with any third party.

5. Account Suspension: DaleelStore reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user account for any reason it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion, without providing any explanation. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Detection of any suspicious or unusual behaviour.

• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform or its systems.

• Using the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable regulations.

• Infringement of intellectual property rights belonging to DaleelStore or any third party.

• Sharing account credentials or verification codes with others.

• Breaching any provision of this Policy or any other policy adopted on the platform.

Suspension of a user account will result in the immediate cessation of all associated account privileges, without any obligation on the part of DaleelStore to provide compensation.

6. Responsibility for Data and Updates: You are required to update your information whenever it changes and ensure that it remains accurate at all times. DaleelStore reserves the right to verify your identity or information for compliance and communication purposes.

 

2. Purchase and Orders

2.1 Acceptance of Orders: Please note that DaleelStore reserves the right to decline any purchase order at its sole discretion and for various reasons, including, but not limited to:

2.1.1 Use of a payment method owned by another person.

2.1.2 Suspected fraudulent activity.

2.1.3 Failure to provide the required information for membership verification.

Or any other reason related to the platform’s internal policies.

2.1.4 Or for any other reason related to the platform’s internal policies.

“DaleelStore” reserves the right to cancel an order even after it has been confirmed if it is later found that the information provided is inaccurate, there is a violation of the Terms of Use or the Payment Policy, or there is a clear error in pricing or product information. In such cases, no compensation shall be due, except for the refund of any amount already paid, if applicable, in accordance with the applicable policy.

2.2 Payment Methods: When using any payment method available on the platform, the entered information must match the details of the payment method owner. The customer is responsible for entering accurate information and providing any additional information requested by DaleelStore or the payment provider to avoid order cancellation.

2.3 Fraudulent Orders: DaleelStore reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent, without the need to provide a reason for such cancellation.

 

3. License and Access

3.1 “DaleelStore” grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the “DaleelStore” services for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the user’s full compliance with these Terms and all other policies applicable to the service.

3.2 This license does not grant any right to resell the “DaleelStore” services or their content, nor to use them for any commercial purposes. It further does not permit collecting or using any product listings, descriptions, or pricing information; creating any derivative use of the “DaleelStore” services or their content; copying or downloading account information for the benefit of any third party; or using any robots, data-scraping tools, extraction tools, or similar data-gathering mechanisms on the platform.

3.3 The user is strictly prohibited from using the “DaleelStore” services in any manner that constitutes infringement, misuse, or violation of the intellectual property rights or any other legal rights belonging to “DaleelStore” or any third party. All rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved to “DaleelStore,” its licensors, or its content providers.

3.4 No part of the “DaleelStore” services or their content may be copied, reproduced, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior, express, written consent of “DaleelStore.”

3.5 The use of framing techniques to display any trademark, logo, or proprietary content of “DaleelStore,” as well as the use of hidden text or metadata containing the name “DaleelStore” or its trademarks, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

3.6 The user is prohibited from misusing the “DaleelStore” services in any manner and must use them only in a manner consistent with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The license granted to the user shall automatically terminate upon any violation of these Terms of Use or the policies associated therewith.

 

4. Promotional Offers and Loyalty Programs

4.1  DaleelStore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to create and activate various promotional codes and offers (such as discount codes and vouchers) and to provide benefits related to its services. The use of any such offers is subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion.

4.2 DaleelStore operates a loyalty program called “Daleel Stars”, which allows eligible customers to earn points based on their purchases or redeem these points for benefits, in accordance with the specific terms of the Daleel Stars program.

4.3 Partners of DaleelStore may also offer loyalty programs or promotional offers that can be utilized by customers.

4.4 None of the categories or mechanisms mentioned above (Daleel Stars points, direct DaleelStore promotions, or partner offers) may be combined or applied to the same order.

4.5 DaleelStore reserves the right to define and modify the terms for earning and using promotional offers and loyalty programs (including Daleel Stars points and supported partner programs) at any time without prior notice.

 

5. Wallet Balance

5.1 “DaleelStore” provides a digital wallet within the platform, which the user may top up through Daleel Cards, through loyalty programs such as “Daleel Stars,” through partner programs, or by receiving refunded or promotional credits granted by the platform at its discretion. The wallet balance may be used exclusively for making purchases within the platform.

5.2 Under no circumstances may the wallet balance be withdrawn to a bank account, transferred to another user, or moved to any other wallet. The validity of the balance varies depending on its source: balances originating from Daleel Cards or loyalty programs are considered non-expiring.

5.3 Promotional balances or balances issued through marketing campaigns are subject to a defined validity period at the time of issuance and shall automatically expire upon the end of that period without any compensation.

5.4 If a user account is suspended following a thorough investigation and confirmation of a policy violation or irregular activity, the platform reserves the right to freeze the wallet balance for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of suspension, as a precautionary measure for purposes of verifying any potential claims or liabilities. Upon the lapse of this period without any outstanding disputes or claims, the platform shall confiscate any remaining balance as a final settlement without any obligation to provide compensation. The wallet balance—regardless of its source—is non-refundable in cash, and its value shall not be returned except in cases where a proven technical or financial error attributable to “DaleelStore” is established, and only after the case undergoes a standardized legal and technical verification process.

 

6. Order Details and Delivery of Digital Products

1. Order Modification: No information within an order may be modified after it has been fully confirmed. You must ensure the accuracy of all details before final confirmation.

2.  Order Cancellation by Customer: Due to the nature of digital products (such as cards and electronic vouchers), customers may not cancel an order once it has been fully confirmed—even if the order is scheduled for future delivery (such as in the case of gift scheduling).

3. Delivery of Digital Products: Upon successful completion of the purchase and payment confirmation, the digital product (card or code) will be delivered by making it directly available in the customer’s account under the “Orders” page. The code may also be sent to the registered email address if the customer has enabled the email-delivery option in their account settings, in accordance with the applicable delivery policies. The appearance of the code in the customer’s account or its delivery through any of the mentioned channels constitutes full and final delivery of the product.

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products: Due to the sensitive nature of digital products (cards, codes), no product may be returned or exchanged after it has been fully purchased and the code has been displayed to the customer or delivered to them, under any circumstances—except in cases where a defect in the code itself is proven and originates from the issuing company of the original card.

5. Responsibility for Code Use After Delivery: Once the digital code appears in the customer’s account or is delivered through any other means, full responsibility for using and safeguarding the code lies with the customer. DaleelStore bears no responsibility for any loss of value, theft of the code, or unauthorized third-party use after delivery is completed.

6. Expiration of Codes: DaleelStore is not responsible for codes that expire before being used by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to use the code within its validity period.

 

7. DaleelStore Cards

If DaleelStore cards are used, DaleelStore reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the user’s membership and to verify the legitimacy of voucher usage in cases where manipulation, fraud, or any activity causing harm to the platform or other users is suspected.

 

8. Intellectual Property 

8.1 All content displayed on “DaleelStore”—including, without limitation, text, logos, trademarks, designs, images, software, and code—is owned by “DaleelStore” or licensed to it, and is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Under no circumstances may you reproduce, copy, modify, translate, publish, republish, upload, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the “DaleelStore” content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without obtaining the prior express written consent of “DaleelStore.”

8.3 The use of any data-extraction tools or techniques—including scraping, data mining, robots, or similar data-collection methods—aimed at extracting or reusing any substantial portion of “DaleelStore” content or its databases, whether once or on a repeated basis, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

8.4 It is also prohibited to create any database, service, or platform that relies, in whole or in part, on any content or data obtained from “DaleelStore” without express authorization.

 

9. Disclaimer of Liability

9.1 “DaleelStore” and any of its affiliates or partners shall not be liable for:

1. Any losses that do not arise from a direct breach by “DaleelStore”; 2. Any losses of a commercial nature, including—without limitation—loss of profits, revenues, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or any consequential expenses; 3. Any indirect or consequential losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen by the user or by “DaleelStore” at the time of using the services or placing the order.

9.2 “DaleelStore” shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, service interruptions, force majeure events, payment network or telecommunications issues, or any other unforeseen events.

9.3 The user is responsible for ensuring that any digital product (such as cards or codes) is compatible with the applicable store, country, or relevant user account. “DaleelStore” assumes no liability for regional restrictions, variations in third-party store policies, or any refusal of redemption or activation attributable to the issuing entity or the store to which the code belongs.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, God forbid, the competent courts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the matter.

 

11. Electronic Communication and Official Communication Channels

When you use the platform or communicate with “DaleelStore” electronically, you agree to receive notifications and communications electronically, whether via email, text messages, or in-app notifications. Such communications shall be deemed equivalent to legally valid written communications. For any inquiries, reports, or complaints related to the use of the website, application, or orders, you may contact “DaleelStore” through the officially designated communication channels specified within the website or application.

 

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

DaleelStore reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments become effective immediately upon being published on the website or application. 

You are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the store after such changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
