If the order turns out to be fraudulent. Daleel Store will refund what you paid for orders that were not accepted or canceled, with a deduction of payment services fees. Without the need to explain the reason for the cancellation
Before we accept an order, we may ask you to provide additional information, including but not limited to, a phone number, address, or official identification documents to confirm your future orders.
Daleel Store has the right to cancel the order according to what it sees as internal reasons without explaining or justifying the cancellation to the customer.
The order information cannot be modified, including the recipient's name, mobile number, gift message text, email, product, or any other information in the order
The order cannot be canceled after it has been finally confirmed, even if it is scheduled for dispatch at a future date.
Because of the sensitive nature of the product, it is not possible to return or replace any of the digital card products after purchasing it in any case, unless it is proven that there is a problem with the product or the card, within a period ranging between 2-5 working days, and the compensation will be made with another similar code To the required value if the problem is proven. Note: If it is found that the code sent has already been used after the date and time of purchase from DaleelStore, DaleelStore does not bear any responsibility to compensate the customer.
